i would’ve almost given Express Inn a 5-star review, but the breakfast was barely edible and the phone in my room didn’t even work. i expected some sort of complimentary treat for my troubles but was treated like just another guest in line. what a disgrace to customer service, really. i'm utterly disappointed.

We enjoyed staying here with our kids and friends! The location was super convenient, and my kids loved being able to surf the web while we relaxed in the common areas. We also appreciated the comfy beds after long days of exploring.

The room was super clean, and the bed was huge and comfy. It was nice and quiet for a good night's sleep. I loved relaxing by the pool and enjoyed a great soak in the hot tub too. The only tiny issue was the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn't take away from my stay. 😊

Clean and comfortable room with a very reasonable pet fee made for a pleasant stay. The staff promptly provided assistance and the convenient location right next to a gas station was a plus. However, Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent, and the limited breakfast options left much to be desired, which detracted from the overall experience.
